My top picks for Open Houses this weekend in Glendale, La Canada, and La Crescenta

They’re back!  After weeks of sitting on the sidelines, sellers are finally beginning to pull the trigger and get back into the game.  If you’re in the market to buy, this weekend will give you plenty of opportunity to view homes in the Glendale, La Canada, and La Crescenta neighborhoods across several price points.  So get out there and see what’s going on because this is going to be one of the busier open house weekends we have had in some time.

Whether you find THE “one” for you or not, it’s good to get educated on what is happening in your price range in order to get proper context and align your expectations.  See many homes, ask many questions, do your homework!  Doing so gives you the confidence and security you need so when you find the “one”, you can rest assured knowing you have truly made the right choice.

The one request we agents get from buyers most often is to find them a home that has “character” or “soul”.  So, if character homes are your cup of tea, you’re in luck this week as I present to you three homes guaranteed to give you plenty of soul!  Enjoy!
