YogaDIGGS Event

So many of you have asked us to host another community yoga class! With Back-To-School craziness and all of the different activities going on, we had to wait until things literally cooled down around town! And now…

Presenting our 2nd YogaDIGGS!! Our long-time friend and Tribe member, Cathy Seh, would like for you to join us as we breathe, strengthen, and energize in a vinyasa flow yoga set to fun rocking music. This is open to all levels of yogis.

After studying dance and psychology in college, the corporate world became her life.  Although a 9 to 5 job left her tired, she always managed to squeeze in time to exercise.  Things changed once her 3 fabulous kids came into the world.  Pregnancy took a big toll on her body, gaining 70, 60 and then 50 lbs with each pregnancy.   Although she knew exercise would help her get through some of those “long” days and the boost in endorphin would do her good, excuses were easy to come by.  Slowly, Cathy  MENTALLY worked herself back into fitness studios.  It felt GOOD!!!!  For the last couple of years, she has focused on yoga.  The benefits have been tremendous.  Physically stronger and toned AND more importantly MENTALLY relaxed and calm.  Cathy’s passion leads her and she looks forward to sharing with you!
