What Happened to 1250 Norton, The Soulful Home?

1250 Norton closed escrow October 4, 2012.  It sold for $619,000  We had several offers with three that were difficult to choose from!  After a round of counter offers, though, one stood out a tiny bit above the others (better terms) and my seller accepted that offer.  Good decision- the buyers were wonderful to work with and the agent clearly knew what he was doing.  Many do not consider how important the buying agent is to a smooth transaction.  The new owners love the architectural nature of this home and I know they will honor the soul of this home.  Welcome to the neighborhood!

Not sure which home is 1250 Norton?  Let me remind you…..
