This was one of my favorite Spanish Style homes, ever. It had style, panache, and unusual architectural detail.
It was a show stopper.
You guys thought it was special, as well. When we played, “What’s My Price” nearly half guessed it would sell for more than the list price.
And you were right! We just closed escrow at $670,000- $11,000 over the asking price. There were several offers, most offering more than asking. However, one couple had a smarter agent than most. This agent asked lots of questions, found out what was most important to my clients, and crafted a strategy that got the home at the best possible price for her clients.
In my opinion, the buyer’s Realtor (and, no, it was not me) really made this couple’s dreams come true. They thought of adding beds with built in tv on each bedroom.
